Three sweet and nutritious breakfast choices

Skipping breakfast is a generally regarded by health professionals as a mistake. Many people misguidedly think that eating early in the morning will make hungry for the rest of the day, but it is not so. Physicians recommend you to have a healthy breakfast to have energy for the activities of the day. The following are the three sweet and nutritious breakfast recipes that will help you to remain active throughout the day.

Pumpkin bread:

Pumpkin bread in the early morning is an excellent and easy choice to have for breakfast that will provide you with energy and satisfy your hunger. It is not only sweet but nutritious as well. There are many recipes that are easy and quick to make. Using canned pumpkin makes it even easier to whip up. This is a very moist loaf and, if wrapped in plastic wrap or kept in a sealed container, keeps well in the refrigerator. Some people like to add raisins or chopped dates

Lady muffin:

You can choose to make this from any muffin recipe or from an off-the-shelf, ready-made mixture. Add whatever fruit suits your fancy: blueberries, cranberries, raisins, chopped nuts, chopped apple, mashed bananas, or a combination of two fruits. Use your imagination!

Peanut butter pudding:

Make oatmeal porridge from scratch or use a microwavable product for a quick cooked cereal. Blend 1/2 banana and 1 tbsp. of peanut butter together and add it to the cooked porridge. Add milk, sweeten to taste, and top with the rest of the banana. This is a super-nutritional breakfast meal.
