Why is yoga so good?

Yoga is a form of exercise that has been popular for so many years. It is not good only when you want to lose weight, but also when you need some peace and spiritual connection with the world.

Yoga means union or union with the divine, so you can assume why many people connect it with something peaceful and relaxing.
In case you have some prejudice and you don’t think that this is the right thing for you, we will give your our reasons for practicing yoga.
First and foremost yoga is an amazing workout for your body, and what is so good about it is that you can determine the level of comfort and the speed.
With every other exercise you have certain set of rules which you have to follow, with yoga you set the limits.

When you are doing yoga, you are getting in touch with your body and soul, which is very important if we want to maintain good physical and mental health.
Of course sometimes you will not be able to do some exercises, but don’t be discouraged, things will get better in time, especially if you are persistent enough.
If you have problems with breathing, yoga will help you with it. And we are not talking about breathing when it comes to your physical shape, we are talking about those situations that cause you stress and you simply feel like you are running out of air, and all you have to do is sit, take a deep breath and breathe. That’s why yoga will be there to help you.
