Fuel for your work out

When it comes to exercising it’s not always only about your training. Of course that it is very important for your diet and figure, but there are some things that you can use that can stimulate your body to have even better results.

Maybe it doesn’t seem crucial for you, but what you eat actually plays a pivotal role. There are two things you need to know when it comes to food as your fuel: the time (meaning when to eat it) and the choice (meaning what to eat).

You have to understand that you need to have balanced diet, and you always have to prepare your food, which means that you should always have a meal before your training and after you finish with it.

For people who like to train a lot, with a lot of intensity and hard work, they need to consume carbohydrates because they are the best fuel for them.
When you have a hard training you should consume larger amounts of carbohydrates, and when you have easy training you should eat smaller amounts of it.
But still you shouldn’t think that carbohydrates are everything. Think about the proteins your body needs, which you can get from fish, olive oil, nuts, avocado, etc. Of course you should be moderate when it comes to proteins.

When it comes to your training, you also need to think about time. You should always eat three or four hours before your work out. 
But if you pick something lighter, not like a typical meal, then you can eat it one or two hours before your training.
Your stomach will be empty and you will have amazing energy for your work out, and you will be able to do anything without upsetting your stomach.
